While the Assessor unit standard is a generic one; this unit standard is based on the assessment of basic handgun unit standard (U/S 119649). \nITA can upload qualified Assessors on to the Professional Firearm Trainers Council (PFTC) Learner Management System\, as well as on to the ETDP SETA Learner Management system. A candidate who holds this unit standard may assess any subject in which he or she is considered to be a subject-matter expert.
