The Ethics Unit Standard is only a requirement if a candidate would like to apply for the full firearm training qualification: Qualification 50480: Certificate in Firearm Training. This unit standard deals with ethical theories and principles and moral decision making strategies.

This course is a two-day course with home—based study after the classroom portion of the unit standard is complete.
